Shipping & Delivery Information
We offer the following transport options for kitten placement:
- Ground delivery (USA, within 1,200 miles): Personal delivery by our team in a temperature-controlled vehicle. Included in purchase price for qualifying destinations.
- Air nanny service (USA): A human companion accompanies your kitten in-cabin on a commercial flight. Approximately $500–$800 additional. We arrange flights and confirm in-cabin space before booking.
- Buyer pickup: Visit our facility and collect your kitten personally. Always welcome and encouraged for first-time exotic cat owners.
- International shipping (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, UK, EU, and others): We work with specialist exotic animal transport companies to ensure your kitten travels with a human companion throughout. We prepare all CITES documentation, import health certificates, and communicate with destination-country veterinary authorities on your behalf. Typically $2,000–$5,000 depending on destination. Quoted individually — contact us for your specific country estimate.
We do not ship kittens as unaccompanied cargo, ever. If a breeder offers to ship a kitten in cargo hold, we consider this a welfare red flag and would never do so ourselves.

How long will it take to get a response to my inquiry?
We respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours on business days (Monday–Friday). Inquiries submitted on weekends or US public holidays are typically responded to the following business day. If you haven't received a response within 48 hours, please check your spam folder — our replies occasionally land there — and resend if necessary.
Do you accept inquiries from international buyers?
Yes. We actively serve buyers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, the UK, Germany, France, Australia (where legal), and many other international destinations. International buyers should specify their country clearly in their inquiry so we can confirm legal permissibility and provide accurate shipping cost estimates from the start.
Can I text or use WhatsApp?
WhatsApp is available for current buyers and for international inquiries where WhatsApp is the primary communication platform. Our WhatsApp number is provided to approved buyers after initial email contact is established. We do not publish WhatsApp contact publicly to manage inquiry volume.
